Shipping policy


All orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped. The timelines provided are approximate. We take no responsibility for the order once it has been handed over to the courier partner. SHIPPING METHOD:

Orders are typically shipped within 2 days (Monday – Friday) using Smarter Courier, Ekart, DTDC, Delhivary, Bluedart, or a relevant courier service for your pincode. We do not charge extra for shipping. Cash on Delivery is not permitted; only online transactions are available.


SHIPPING STATUS:

As soon as your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number. If you don't receive a shipping confirmation email right away, don't worry! We are aware of the delivery date or date range provided at checkout, and we will ensure that the items are delivered within that time frame.


We may ship on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays. If your order requires additional information to be fully processed, we will contact you by email. You can check the status of your order here.


ORDER CHANGES:

Once your order has been confirmed, it cannot be modified or canceled. We also adhere to a No Return No Refund policy.


ITEM NOT RECEIVED:

If you have successfully placed an order and haven't received it yet, but the tracking status shows it as delivered, we will need to communicate this to the courier partner to obtain proof of delivery. Only when it is clearly established that the order hasn't been delivered will we offer a refund or a replacement.
